Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Production: Bottled in April following the harvest. Matures on lees for 36 months.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw-colored with greenish highlights and very fine bubbles. The structured bouquet features sensations of fruit, lime, aromatic herbs, honey, and acacia blossom. Delicious and harmonious on the palate.
Gastronomic Pairings: Perfect on its own or as an aperitif. Also pairs well with shellfish, raw fish, and fresh cheeses.
