Return Policy

  1. Right of withdrawal:
    You have the right to return non-perishable goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, please contact us at hilje@veinjagurmee.ee or +37256667701.

  2. Exceptions:
    - Perishable items, such as food and alcohol, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened or if the product has expired.
    -Personalized or customized products are also exempt from returns.

  3. Defective or incorrect goods:
     If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. Shipping costs for returning defective goods will be covered by us.

  4. Return shipping:
     Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

     

  5. Refunds Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
