Generic White Wine. Soft pressing, with protection from oxidation to preserve the aromatic precursors. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-17°C) for approximately 20 days. Aged for 10-12 months on its fine lees with regular batonnage, followed by bottle aging. Red fruit aromas, floral notes of violet and dried rose dominate.
