The Bifa of Bosch Pinerolo DOC Barbera

100% Barbera Pinerolese grape variety. This is the "sister" of the Bifa; the same harvest, but after vinification it takes a different path. We age for 8 months in large 1000L barrels with light toasting. It's intriguing on the nose, with a very smooth entry into the mouth, accompanied by a burst of acidity and hints of ripe red fruit.
