It is during its 5-year aging in barrels that the Ratafia acquires its soft taste and its amber color.

Appreciated by all, it is eaten very fresh as an aperitif. It also accompanies foie gras, melon, blue-veined cheeses, chocolate desserts and even as a digestive.
