Vinification:
Gentle pressing, separation of the skins from the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel.
The wine then finishes in steel tanks steel tanks for 4 months.
Tasting notes:
Pale straw yellow color. Fine and light, with fower and fruits aromas. Taste dry and sapid.
Pairings:
Aperitif, starters, pasta and fish.
Serving suggestions:
Open and serve at 10° – 12° C.
